I am totally into torture devices throughout history both history in the making and back to primitive times. While I have used many modern day torture devices many of the ancient ones still hold my fascination, like the Pear of Anguish.

The pear had gotten some main stream coverage instead of being hidden in dark corners of museums and BDSM communities. It was, in the not so recent past, on the popular Fox television show bones. Bones features a highly gifted archaeologist paired up with FBI agent, Booth, to solve particularly dismal homicides with their shared skills. The Pear of Anguish got mix review in the show because of the fact it was used as the murder weapon by insertion in the mouth while other in the show eluded to is more pleasurable uses.

It was originally used to torture and often kill people guilty of sexual crimes such as adultery, incest but was also used in cases heresy and blasphemy.

The Pear of Anguish was inserted into one of the three available holes or two were it used on men. The vagina, anus or mouth. Frankly when I think about what hole some would stuck it into me, it is always my ass. Once inserted, over a period of time be it a day or as long as the torture decided, I cannot imagine more than a week. The screw would be turned to slowly spread that orifice apart, often times until death.

Of course the modern usage is nowhere near was extreme and brings much pleasure to the masochist receiving it!

I have used spreader devices in my holes before but this one holds special allure. I can just imagine what the cold cast iron would feel like……………….
