All these measurements have a 4 lacing margin so actual body measurements would be 4 inches more than the actual size of the corset. For e.g. If you have a Waist of 28 inches and a Bust of 36 inches, then you should choose a size M which has a fully laced corset measurement of 24 inches Waist and 32 inches Bust, thus giving your body a 4 inches margin to tighten it up to your desired width leading to a perfect body shape.
